We have an urgent hiring requirement for Senior US Tax Accountant (US Accounting Domain) Senior US Tax Accountant Company: Safebooks Global Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST for TAX and 5pm to 2am IST for Accounting Experience: 4-8+ Years Job Summary Safebooks Global is hiring an experienced Senior US Tax Accountant to prepare and review US Individual and Business Tax Returns for US CPA firms and business clients. The company specializes in Remote Accounting & Tax Solutions for Startups, Entrepreneurs, Small Businesses, and Accounting Firms.Safebooks Global aims to alleviate the pressure and deadlines faced by accounting leaders by offering quality services and fostering collaboration with professionals in the global economy Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Senior Tax Accountant at Safebooks Global in Ahmedabad.
The Senior Tax
Accountant will be responsible for tax compliance, tax preparation, financial statements, and accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US taxation, IRS compliance, tax software, and review responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Form 1040 Individual Tax Returns, Prepare Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120S, Prepare Multi-State Tax Returns
- Prepare Schedule C, D, E and F, Perform Book-to-Tax Adjustments, Prepare Schedule M-1 and Schedule M-3
- Tax Planning and Tax Research, Fixed Asset & Depreciation Calculations, Handle Tax Extensions
- Review junior accountants' work, Coordinate directly with US CPA firms,Resolve IRS and State Tax queries
- Meet strict tax deadlines
