**Role Description The Senior Vice President of Technology is a full time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for part-time work fr om home.

This position oversees the technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Giggso’s focus on AI governance, GRC, and engineering for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technology roadmaps, directing architecture and platform decisions, and guiding end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation solutions.

The role manages and mentors technology leaders and teams, coordinates cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and client delivery, and ensures adherence to security, compliance, and risk management standards.



The SVP of Technology also engages with key clients and partners, evaluates emerging technologies, and drives innovation to support business growth.

- Demonstrated IT Strategy and Strategic Planning skills to define and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Proven Project Management capabilities in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering large-scale technology and AI initiatives.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating technologies, interpreting data, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Extensive experience in AI, data platforms, or cloud SaaS solutions, preferably in GRC or regulated industries.
- Background in leading hybrid teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively across on-site and remote environments.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and clients.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients and familiarity with global delivery models is highly beneficial.**
