Telecaller – Fashion Brand

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our fashion brand. You will connect with potential customers, respond to product inquiries, promote our latest collections, and assist customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Make Outbound Calls: Contact leads generated through advertisements, website inquiries, social media, and WhatsApp to introduce our fashion collections and offers.
- Promote Fashion Collections: Explain product details, including sarees, designer blouses, lehengas, kurtis, Indo-Western outfits, and bridal collections, along with pricing and available customization options.
- Convert Inquiries into Sales: Engage with interested customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and encourage them to complete their purchases.
- Handle Customer Queries: Respond to questions about product availability, fabric, sizes, colors, customization, stitching, delivery timelines, shipping, and return policies.
- Follow Up with Potential Customers: Follow up with interested buyers, abandoned carts, and customers who have requested product details or quotations to help convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Assist with Custom Orders: Coordinate with customers regarding made-to-measure garments,



custom blouse designs, bridal wear, measurements, and styling requirements.
- Maintain Customer Records: Update customer information, call outcomes, purchase interests, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or company database.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, design, and order processing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead conversion, and sales targets.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or the fashion industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of fashion, fabrics, ethnic wear, and current trends is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
