The Senior Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Lead shall be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall digital marketing and social media strategy, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms; planning and managing content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts and brand communication; coordinating and managing content creators, influencers, designers and other creative resources; handling and optimising SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and performance marketing campaigns; monitoring audience growth, engagement, website traffic, leads, conversions, campaign performance and ROI/ROAS; conducting competitor and market analysis; preparing regular performance reports and actionable recommendations; identifying new trends, opportunities and growth strategies; and taking independent, data-driven decisions to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition and overall digital performance. The role requires robust communication, leadership, strategic thinking, creative judgement,



analytical ability and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with a strong and verifiable work portfolio.
