Key Skills & Expertise: ✅ Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM workflows and ITIL process implementations
✅ Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer & Workspace
✅ Strong experience building custom applications / low-code solutions
✅ Enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JDBC & MID Server
✅ Advanced JavaScript / GlideScript expertise
✅ Robust knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes & UI Actions
✅ Experience with Service Portal widgets, AngularJS, HTML & CSS
✅ Good understanding of performance tuning, upgrade planning, Instance Scan & HealthScan best practices
