What you will do
- Run technical audits that end in a prioritised, engineering-ready backlog.
- Design content architecture - pillar and cluster models, internal linking, entity coverage.
- Build for AI Overviews and generative answer engines alongside classic organic results.
- Own reporting: what moved, what did not, and what changes next month.
- Work directly with clients as the person accountable for the number.
What we are looking for
- 6 years in SEO with responsibility for a revenue-linked organic target.
- Genuinely technical: crawl budget, rendering, Core Web Vitals, log file analysis,
structured data.
- Fluent in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Has recovered a site from an algorithmic hit and can explain what actually caused it.
- Writes clearly - briefs, audits and client updates are half the job.
