Senior Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to manage client consultations, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue through consultative selling, relationship management, and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Generate business through BTL activities, partnerships, events, and other channels.
- Manage clients as the primary point of contact throughout their journey.
- Conduct one-to-one consultations and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Support business development and studio growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in consultative, face-to-face selling.
- Experience handling HNI or premium clientele.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good organisational and planning abilities.
- Experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, fitness, or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
