About the Role:

The Sr. Recruiter will join our team in India. The person must be confident and willing to jump into a fast-paced workplace, where they will be given the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of various initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.

Recruiting through internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals,



along with various internet-based sourcing techniques.

Screening candidates based on resource managers , relevant knowledge, and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.

Regular follow up from first contact till the offer letter is extended to the candidate.

Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits, and interviews.

Reference check for candidates to ensure authenticity and relevance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or Canada IT Recruitment.

Successful track record of client management and recruitment operations.

Specialization in W2 and C2C recruitment.

Should have worked in MSP model recruitment. Familiarity with VMS would be a huge plus.

Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
