Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager with strong expertise in Volume Hiring and BPO Recruitment. The role requires a proven recruitment leader with experience managing large-scale hiring mandates, multiple client accounts, recruitment teams, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts.

- Drive high-volume and BPO hiring mandates.

- Manage and develop Recruitment Managers, Team Leaders, and Recruiters.

- Ensure achievement of hiring targets, SLAs, closures, and joining ratios.

- Manage large-scale ramp-ups and recruitment pipelines.

- Build strong client relationships and handle delivery reviews and escalations.

- Monitor recruitment MIS, recruiter productivity, and key performance metrics.





- Drive process improvement and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1520 years of experience in Recruitment & Staffing.

- Strong expertise in Volume Hiring and BPO Recruitment.

- Experience working with a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Firm is preferred.

- Proven experience managing large recruitment teams and multiple client accounts.

- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment funnels, SLAs, conversion ratios, and large-scale hiring.

- Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and analytical skills.
