Title: Sr Recruitment Consultant (UK Shift)

Location: Ahmedabad (100% Onsite)

Job Summary:

- Source and hire the right profile for the said requirements especially in healthcare services (Nursing)
- Establishes recruiting requirements by understanding the client's plans and objectives.
- Managing the stakeholders and their requirements.
- Source, review, pre-screen, and evaluate the applicants/candidates for the job requirements - Applicant qualifications, skills, and experience on a consistent set of parameters.
- Assessing candidate fitment on culture and motivational fit, utilizing the behavioral-based approach and screening criteria defined by the client
- Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
- Develop a network of potential candidates and proactively build the talent pool of potential hires.
- Talent attraction using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).
- Referral creation from internal and external networks.
- Creation of exceptional candidate experience - Being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care, and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.




- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in skilled organizations.

Must Haves

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience into 360 degree healthcare recruitment for Nurses
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structure
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Eclipse knowledge is an added advantage.
- Understanding the concept of a Timesheet (for candidate’s payment process)
- Ability to calculate hourly Pay Rate from Total Charge (Should be known to this if they worked with Sales/Bookings experience)
- Proficiency in various specialties such as Mental Health, General/Acute, A&E;, and Critical Care. Additionally, familiarity with different healthcare settings like Care Homes, Private Hospitals, or NHS Hospitals, and the roles nurses play in these environments.
- Able to fill checklists (this is when we send a candidate’s CV for an approval to hospitals)
