Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical

Timing: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Quality inspection of Automotive Sheet Metal, Automobile Spare Parts & Engineering Components
- Engineering Drawing, Dimension, Tolerance & GD&T; inspection
- First Piece, In-Process & Final Inspection
- CNC / VMC Component Inspection
- Raw Material & MTC Verification
- Inspection Reports, NCR, CAPA & Quality Documentation
- Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Quality control of Cutting, Bending, Pressing, Welding & Fabrication
- Customer Inspection, Complaints & Quality Coordination

REQUIRED SKILLS Automotive / Sheet Metal QC

CNC / VMC Inspection

Engineering Drawing Reading

Measuring Instruments

MTC Verification

GD&T; / 7 QC Tools

NCR / CAPA / Root Cause Analysis





Hardness & Coating Thickness Inspection
