Role Description The Senior Overseas Education Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. The role involves providing end-to-end counseling to students on suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, guiding students through application and documentation processes, coordinating test preparation and interview readiness, and advising on visa requirements and timelines. The counselor will maintain regular communication with students and families, conduct information sessions or seminars,



and collaborate with internal teams and partner institutions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. The role also includes tracking student progress, maintaining records, and contributing to business development activities through proactive follow-ups and relationship building.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education knowledge, with a clear understanding of global higher education systems and admission processes.
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners in selecting appropriate programs and pathways aligned with their aspirations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present information to individuals and groups.
- Relevant experience in overseas education counseling or academic advising, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a target-driven workplace, with proactive follow-up and relationship-management capabilities.
- Awareness of visa processes, entry requirements, and compliance guidelines for major study destinations such as Australia, the UK, the USA, Current Zealand, and Canada.
