About the Role

We're hiring a senior Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing leader to serve as the primary point of contact with the client (including CEO-level calls), lead requirement discovery, and build out the delivery team as its hiring lead.

This is a long-term, ownership-level role for someone looking to grow a practice within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Act as single point of contact between our company and the client, including senior/CEO-level engagement Lead discovery calls to understand and translate client business requirements

Serve as hiring lead: define requirements, interview candidates, build and mentor the delivery team Own end-to-end Oracle

Fusion SCM & Manufacturing delivery — Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning Oversee integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI)



and legacy data migration/reconciliation

Direct SIT/UAT/regression testing and defect resolution Guide OTBI/BI Publisher reporting and SQL-based analysis Own training, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement

Requirements

10+ years in Oracle ERP functional consulting, with progression into senior/lead roles

2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, including one in a lead/client-facing capacity

Strong Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing knowledge (BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP, inventory)

Experience with OIC, APIs, FBDI, and legacy data migration Strong SQL and OTBI/BI Publisher skills

Proven C-level client engagement and stakeholder management

Prior experience interviewing/hiring or leading a technical team Long-term career orientation — invested in building the practice

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
