About the Role

BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced Senior Medical Cosmetologist / Aesthetic Physician to join our clinical team full-time.

We are looking specifically for an MBBS doctor with strong hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, skin, hair and cosmetic procedures.

The doctor should be confident in patient consultations, treatment planning, aesthetic procedures, follow-ups and management of treatment-related concerns.

Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations for skin, hair and aesthetic concerns
- Assess patients and prepare personalised treatment plans
- Perform aesthetic procedures based on training and clinical experience
- Handle laser-based aesthetic treatments
- Perform chemical peels and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Perform PRP and hair-related aesthetic treatments
- Manage acne, pigmentation and other common aesthetic skin concerns within professional competence
- Perform Botox, fillers, skin boosters and other injectables if appropriately trained and experienced
- Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment counselling
- Monitor treatment outcomes and patient progress
- Identify complications and provide appropriate immediate management, escalation or referral
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms and treatment documentation
- Guide nurses, therapists and junior clinical staff
- Maintain high standards of patient safety,



hygiene and clinical protocols
- Work closely with the clinic management and clinical team

Mandatory Requirements
- MBBS qualification
- Valid medical registration in India
- Strong experience in aesthetic medicine / medical cosmetology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Hands-on experience working in an aesthetic, skin, hair or cosmetic medical clinic
- Strong patient consultation and treatment-planning skills
- Valuable understanding of patient safety and complication management

Preferred Skills Experience with the following will be preferred:
- Medical lasers
- Chemical peels
- PRP
- Microneedling / MNRF
- Acne and pigmentation treatments
- Hair and scalp treatments
- Skin rejuvenation
- Botox
- Dermal fillers
- Skin boosters
- Other advanced aesthetic procedures

Candidate Profile We are looking for a senior doctor who can independently manage aesthetic consultations and treatment planning rather than only perform procedures assigned by another doctor.

The candidate should be professional, patient-focused and confident handling a busy aesthetic clinic environment.

Work Schedule

- Full-time
- 6 days per week
- One weekly off
- Clinic-based position
- Weekend availability may be required

Compensation ₹70,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month depending on experience, clinical skills and hands-on aesthetic expertise.

Additional performance or procedure-based incentives may be offered to the right candidate.

Work Location In person at BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
