Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote VCPL’s certification, consulting, and training services, and to strengthen brand positioning in target markets. Day-to-day activities include developing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing channels, overseeing content creation, coordinating with sales and technical teams,



and monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

The Senior Marketing

Manager will analyze campaign performance, manage the marketing budget, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership. The role also involves building relationships with corporate and institutional clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the development of promotional materials and events.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning, with experience in service-based or B2B industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to develop and manage marketing content such as brochures, presentations, website copy, and training promotion materials.
- Competence in market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex services clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in marketing are an advantage.
- Experience in certification, consulting, training, or related compliance-focused industries is preferred.
