Role Description The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, and buyer-vendor engagement for the sourcing portal and overall business.

Day-to-day activities include planning and managing integrated communication campaigns, crafting press releases and media materials, overseeing content for digital and offline channels, and aligning messaging across all stakeholder touchpoints. The individual will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent strategic communications, manage timelines and deliverables,



and monitor campaign performance to optimize results. The role also involves building relationships with media and industry partners, coordinating events or announcements, and maintaining a clear, compelling brand voice in all outreach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Marketing Communications skills to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and measure integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess experience in Press Releases and media relations, including drafting, distributing, and managing coverage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to develop content for digital platforms, presentations, and collateral, with attention to brand consistency and clarity.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Beneficial experience includes working in B2B, sourcing, logistics, or e-commerce environments, and collaborating with international stakeholders.
- Additional strengths such as analytical skills, familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, growth-oriented setting are preferred.
