Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Role Overview

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment & HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and workforce management across the organisation. The role requires a strong understanding of retail hiring, organisational requirements, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- The ideal candidate must be highly organised, firm, discreet, and capable of independently managing HR functions in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across retail, corporate, design, e-commerce, and support functions.
- Manage manpower planning, hiring budgets, recruitment timelines, and vacancy tracking.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through consultants, job portals, referrals, and direct hiring.
- Conduct preliminary screening, interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
- Build a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, probation reviews, confirmation, transfers, and separation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Implement and administer HR policies, service rules, employee handbooks, and internal procedures.




- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for monthly payroll inputs, salary revisions, and full and final settlements.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave utilisation, punctuality, and disciplinary compliance.

3. Employee Relations & Performance Management

- Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, disciplinary matters, and internal enquiries objectively and confidentially.
- Support managers in performance reviews, employee feedback, corrective action, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies across departments and locations.
- Address employee conduct, absenteeism, attrition, and workplace conflicts.
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all employee-related matters.

4. HR Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory employment requirements.
- Coordinate with external HR consultants, legal advisors, and compliance professionals.
- Maintain documentation relating to employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, notices, and separation.
- Monitor statutory registers, employee records, and compliance calendars.
- Support implementation of POSH requirements and internal workplace policies.

Employee Engagement & Retention

- Develop structured employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.
- Identify training and development requirements across teams.
- Support employee recognition, internal communication, and career progression initiatives.
- Strengthen organisational discipline, accountability, and workplace culture.

6. HR Reporting & Management Support

- Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering headcount, vacancies, attrition, absenteeism, recruitment status, and employee costs.
- Provide management with periodic updates on manpower requirements and HR matters.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to HR systems and procedures.
- Drive standardisation of HR practices across retail and corporate teams.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to retail, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or multi-location operations.
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist functions.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, and sensitive HR issues.
- Strong communication, negotiation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work closely with senior management.
