Talasha has been mandated to hire a Manager / Senior Manager- Mergers & Acquisition Tax advisory profile for one of India's leading transaction advisory firms, based in Bangalore. This boutique consulting firm specializes in M&A; tax and structuring services for diverse domestic and multi-national clients.

Responsibilities -

- Structuring potential mergers and acquisition (M&A;) deals for productive tax planning.
- Tax diligence services, advising on tax implications for the corporate in the mergers deal
- Undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demergers and restructuring activities.
- Fund structuring and advisory services -transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments and investor exits. Also assist in the implementation of an productive structure.
- Conducting in-depth research of various tax laws, exchange control regulations, corporate laws, securities laws/ regulations, stamp duty laws etc, having a bearing on the proposed transactions




- Identifying suitable solutions for clients by identifying the key commercial objectives, evaluating the key tax and regulatory implications of the identified options
- Assisting the client with other ancillary aspects of the proposed transactions like valuations and due diligences
- Sharing tax and industry updates with the team and encourage sharing of best practices within team and across tea

Good to have -

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years post qualification experience
- Proficient in M&A; tax
- Tax Advisory / Consultancy experience from Big 6 (PWC, Deloitte, E&Y;, KPMG, etc) is preferred

CTC - Rs. 25- 35LPA (Basis last drawn) Location - Bangalore
