Role Description The Senior Leadership Coach will design and deliver leadership development programs for corporate clients in Chennai, focusing on building high-performing, resilient, and inclusive leadership teams. This full-time, on-site role involves facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, conducting one-on-one and group coaching interventions, and partnering with client stakeholders to align learning outcomes with business objectives.

The role includes assessing leadership capability gaps, creating tailored learning roadmaps, and providing ongoing feedback and progress reports to clients.

The Senior Leadership

Coach will collaborate with other trainers and consultants at Trainify360 to co-create content,



refine training methodologies, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. The position requires regular interaction with senior leaders and HR teams to ensure programs are relevant, impactful, and scalable across client organizations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Coaching & Mentoring skills, with experience guiding mid- to senior-level professionals through structured development journeys.
- Candidates should have expertise in Leadership Development and Coaching, including designing and facilitating programs that build strategic thinking, people management, and change leadership capabilities.
- Candidates should have Consulting and Training skills, with the ability to diagnose client needs, recommend suitable interventions, and deliver engaging, outcome-focused sessions.
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in corporate training, leadership coaching, or organizational development, preferably within diverse industries.
- Relevant certifications in leadership coaching, executive coaching, or learning and development are highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Chennai, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt content to different audiences and organizational contexts.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related fields is preferred, along with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
