Role Description The Senior Jewelry Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves engaging with walk-in and referred clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable diamond and jewelry options that align with quality, budget, and design preferences.

The consultant will manage the full sales cycle, including product demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, and closing sales, while maintaining accurate records in the sales system. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and sustaining client relationships, handling after-sales service inquiries, coordinating with manufacturing and inventory teams, and staying updated on product ranges,



market trends, and pricing. The role also requires contributing to showroom merchandising, participating in promotional activities, and supporting junior team members with guidance on sales best practices.

Qualifications

- 3 years min. experience in Diamond Jewelry Retail.
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills with experience guiding clients through complex purchase decisions.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring repeat business.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Prior experience in jewelry, gemstones, or luxury retail sales is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in a showroom or retail environment.
- Comfort with basic sales documentation, inventory coordination, and use of CRM or POS systems.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Gurugram, including weekends or peak business hours as needed.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
