Role & responsibilities

- Manage attendance, leaves, payroll processing, and joining formalities for employees.

- Source and recruit top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Ensure timely completion of exit formalities for outgoing employees.

- Handle manpower planning by forecasting future requirements and making necessary arrangements.

- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues related to HR operations.

- Prior experience with greytHR is required
