We’re looking for a high-energy, high-ownership Corporate Recruiter who knows how to identify and attract top-performing US Staffing professionals — not just fill positions.

This is a critical role for someone who can build a team of high-caliber US Recruiters, top performers, and award-winning talent who can make a measurable impact on our business.

? Location: Bangalore / Onsite - Hybrid

? Experience: 5–7+ years of Corporate / In-House Recruitment

? WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for US Staffing professionals
- Build a strong pipeline of experienced US Recruiters/Sr. Recruiters
- Identify top performers, not just candidates who are actively looking.
- Assess candidates on performance, productivity, ownership, stability, communication and recruiting depth




- Build and maintain a strong recruitment funnel and talent pool for future hiring

MUST HAVES:

✅ 5–7+ years of corporate/in-house recruitment experience

✅ Robust experience hiring US Staffing / US IT Recruiters

✅ Proven ability to identify high performers and top talent

✅ Strong LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate hunting skills

✅ Excellent candidate assessment and interviewing skills

✅ Strong communication, influencing and negotiation abilities

✅ High ownership and the ability to work independently
