We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, HRMS, employee engagement, training & development, and people management.
Candidates with a solid background in the real estate industry are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Handle talent acquisition and recruitment for various positions
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and processes
- Manage HRMS, employee records and HR documentation
- Drive employee engagement and workplace initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategy
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee experience
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and compliance-related activities
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience
- Real estate industry experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Hands-on knowledge of HRMS
- Experience in employee engagement and training & development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and people-management abilities
- Ability to independently manage HR functions
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Vashi / Navi Mumbai are preferred
Compensation Salary: As per market and industry standards, based on experience and suitability.
