Hi,

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can independently handle BPO/BPS recruitment and source candidates through platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/BPS/ITES positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Use Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter effectively for candidate sourcing.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for communication skills, relevant experience, stability, and role suitability.
- Conduct candidate calls and explain job responsibilities, work location, shifts, salary,



and other employment conditions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing, interview, selection, and joining targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and minimize offer dropouts/no-shows.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate database for future BPO requirements.
- Work on multiple positions simultaneously and manage high-volume hiring requirements.
