Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Fashion Designer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Senior Fashion

Designer will lead the design and development of apparel collections, from concept creation to final samples, aligning with brand direction and market trends. Daily responsibilities include researching fashion trends and textiles, sketching and developing design concepts, overseeing fittings, and collaborating with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams. The role involves guiding embroidery and surface ornamentation details, ensuring proper garment construction,



and maintaining quality standards across collections.

The Senior Fashion

Designer will also mentor junior designers, provide feedback on design work, and contribute to seasonal planning and presentation of collections.

Qualifications

- Strong Fashion Design and Fashion expertise, including experience in creating collections and translating trends into market-ready products.
- Hands-on skills in Textiles and Embroidery, with an understanding of fabric properties, surface techniques, and material sourcing.
- Proficiency in Fitting and garment construction, ensuring accurate sizing, comfort, and aesthetic alignment with design intentions.
- Experience leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines from concept to production.
- Ability to use design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD software) for sketching, technical drawings, and mood boards.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate design concepts and provide constructive feedback.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field; prior experience in a senior or lead designer role is highly beneficial.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio showcasing diverse design work and successful collections.
