Marg is a Prosci Approved Partner in India. We help organisations manage the people side of transformation through Prosci change management certification, change consulting, and leadership, people and culture programmes, for clients across 45+ client sectors.

Purpose of the role

This role is responsible for facilitating the Prosci Change Management Certification Programs, as well as Prosci programs for executives, managers, change managers and employees.

The role also includes consulting and advisory work on project-level Change Management and Enterprise Change Management services, contributing to our range of career development programs for clients.

Key expectations

Delivery of all Prosci programmes and offerings:

● Deliver the Prosci® Change Management Certification Program and the wider range of Prosci programs across India

● Provide an incredible learning experience for all participants

● Run programs across open-enrolment and in-house formats, both virtual and in-person

Contribute to growth through strong advisory relationships:

● Maintain long-term client relationships built on results, trust, and high-quality client service, as a trusted adviser

● Draw on career experience to show how change management applies in practice, and answer clients’ questions about their own change initiatives





● Use Prosci’s proprietary change management methodology, tools, facilitation and coaching to help clients achieve their agreed outcomes

● Demonstrate our core values by working collaboratively and taking part in team activities, events and growth opportunities

Success in the role will be measured by achievement of the following outcomes:

● Maintain Prosci Certified Instructor qualification through continued professional development and quality delivery status

Essential requirements

● 15+ years of experience

● Certification in the Prosci Change Management Methodology is not mandatory to apply for the role

● Advanced facilitation, training, coaching and consulting skills

● Experience of working as a consultant, whether in a consultancy firm, as a sole operator, or as an internal or contract consultant within an organisation

● Strong track record of building robust client relationships and delivering quality service

● Proven ability to prioritise and manage own workload

● Availability to travel within India for short periods (1–5 days) as required
