Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on ERP Implementation Specialist to drive the end-to-end rollout and adoption of TranZact ERP across our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for digitizing our core processes—from inventory management and procurement to production planning, quality assurance, and sales invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Rollout: Map, configure, and execute the complete implementation of TranZact ERP across all manufacturing and administrative departments.

Process Mapping: Analyze existing workflows for raw materials (steel, zinc, fastners), galvanizing processes, cable tray fabrication, and earthing strip production, integrating them seamlessly into the ERP.

Data Migration: Oversee master data cleaning, item master creation, Bill of Materials (BOM) setup, opening inventory, and customer/vendor ledger onboarding.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with Stores, Production, Purchase, Sales, Quality Control, and Accounts to ensure alignment and smooth system adoption.

Training & User Adoption:



Conduct structured training sessions for floor supervisors, department heads, and operational staff to ensure daily compliance and zero-lag data entry.

Reporting & Optimization: Configure custom reports, stock tracking dashboards, job work/galvanizing batch tracking, and production stage tracking to provide management with actionable insights.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial), Supply Chain Management, IT, or Commerce.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation within a manufacturing setup (Process / Fabrication / Galvanizing experience preferred).

Software Expertise: Prior hands-on experience implementing or managing TranZact ERP is highly preferred. Experience with similar SME manufacturing ERPs (e.g., Tally Prime with manufacturing modules, SAP B1, Zoho One) will also be considered.

Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of BOM creation, inventory control, job work/subcontracting workflows, heat treatment/galvanizing batch tracking, and dispatch documentation.

- Soft Skills: Excellent project management, problem-solving, change management, and interpersonal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
