Key Responsibilities

- Lead business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.

- Manage P&L;, budgeting, profitability, and resource utilization.

- Lead teams, talent development, and workforce planning.

- Drive process improvement, transformation, and operational excellence.

- Manage stakeholder relationships, governance, and business risks.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of experience in Business Operations / Division / Delivery Management.

- Proven experience in P&L;, business growth, and financial management.

- Strong customer and stakeholder management experience.

- Experience leading large teams and multiple functions.

- Robust background in business strategy, process improvement, and transformation.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
