Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Skillofy_AI. The person in this role will lead digital marketing strategy across channels, plan and execute data-driven campaigns, and optimize performance to drive brand awareness, engagement, and enrollment growth. Daily responsibilities include overseeing social media marketing, managing lead generation initiatives, and using web analytics to track, measure, and improve campaign effectiveness.

Manager will collaborate closely with content, product, and sales teams to align messaging, develop funnels, and ensure a consistent brand presence. This role also involves managing marketing budgets, supervising external partners or agencies as needed, and continuously testing and iterating on digital tactics to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including strategy development and multi-channel campaign management.

- Demonstrated experience in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, with a focus on audience growth and engagement.

- Proven skills in Lead Generation, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement for B2C or B2B offerings.

- Advanced proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) for data-driven decision-making.

- Experience in edtech, SaaS, or technology-focused organizations is highly beneficial.

- Ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into transparent, compelling messages.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
