Role Description The Senior Delivery Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of telecom and IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget requirements. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and aligning project execution with contractual and service-level commitments.

Day-to-day activities include planning and tracking project milestones, monitoring risks and issues, leading status reviews, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

The Senior Delivery

Manager will also support resource planning, collaborate with logistics and inspection teams, and ensure effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. In addition,



the role includes mentoring delivery teams, maintaining compliance with organizational standards, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance service performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities, ensuring timely movement of materials, information, and approvals.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, coordinating shipments, supply chain activities, and vendor interactions to support project delivery.
- Background in Inspection activities, quality checks, and compliance with technical and contractual specifications.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate across diverse, international teams.
- Prior experience in telecom, IT services, or advanced network environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile frameworks) is an advantage.
