We are looking for a Senior Costing Manager – Billing & Tendering to manage project costing, estimation, tendering, billing and commercial activities for interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project cost estimation and budgeting
- BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
- Rate analysis
- Tender preparation and submission
- Cost control and variance analysis
- Client and contractor billing
- Vendor quotation evaluation
- Procurement costing
- Cost optimization and value engineering
- Commercial reporting and project profitability analysis
- Coordination with Design, Projects, Procurement, Finance and Clients
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of overall experience
- 2–4 years of commercial costing experience is mandatory
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Commercial Interiors / Construction / Turnkey Projects
