We are looking for an experienced, confident and compassionate Counsellor to join our team in Delhi.

The role involves meeting and speaking with individuals who are experiencing hair loss and helping them understand the options available to them.

Many people who come to us may be dealing with baldness, alopecia, or hair loss resulting from medical treatment such as chemotherapy. For them, this can be a very personal and sensitive subject. We therefore need someone who knows how to listen carefully, understand a person's concerns, communicate with empathy, and make them feel comfortable enough to have an open conversation.

Your previous counselling experience does not need to be in the hair or beauty industry. We are open to candidates who have worked as counsellors in different fields, provided they have strong communication skills, maturity, patience and the ability to understand people.

You will be trained about our products and services. Your responsibility will be to understand each person's individual situation, explain the available solutions in a simple and respectful manner, and guide them towards an option that suits their needs and expectations.

The role also involves speaking with enquiries over the phone, scheduling appointments, following up with interested clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, understanding their concerns and helping them make a decision. A person who can build trust is far more important to us than someone who simply has experience selling a particular product.

Responsibilities

- Meet clients personally and understand their concerns and requirements.
- Counsel individuals experiencing hair loss, baldness or alopecia in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Communicate comfortably with clients who may be emotionally affected by their hair loss,



including individuals experiencing hair loss following medical treatment.
- Listen carefully and understand what the client is looking for before suggesting a suitable solution.
- Explain our products and services clearly after receiving appropriate training.
- Guide clients through different available options and help them make an informed choice.
- Build trust and maintain a warm, professional relationship with clients.
- Handle enquiries over the telephone and through other communication channels.
- Follow up with clients and enquiries when required.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Maintain client information and basic records.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Handle basic reception and administrative responsibilities when required.

Previous experience in the hair, wig or hair replacement industry is not required. Candidates from other counselling backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Experience in counselling, admissions counselling, career counselling, education counselling, wellness counselling, customer advisory or other people-focused counselling roles may be relevant.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
