As a Senior Distribution Consultant Womens Fashion Apparel, expectations are as follows:

- Robust business acumen with extensive understanding of the women’s fashion apparel and retail industry, including distribution, channel sales and retail operations.
- Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for women’s apparel brands across different markets and territories.
- Drive dealer, distributor, franchise and retail channel expansion for women’s fashion apparel businesses.
- Expertise in building, managing and optimizing distribution networks and channel partnerships.
- Identify new markets, territories and channel opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop strategies for distributor onboarding, territory allocation, channel profitability and network expansion.
- Advise clients on product distribution, assortment movement, stock availability and retail channel performance.
- Design and optimize channel incentive structures to improve distributor and retailer performance.




- Analyze industry-specific KPIs including sales, secondary sales, inventory movement, sell-through, outlet productivity and territory performance.
- Support clients in identifying gaps across their distribution and retail network and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, franchise partners and other channel stakeholders.
- Provide strategic consulting and practical solutions for scaling women’s fashion apparel businesses.
- Potential travel to client sites and markets as per business requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Distribution, Channel Sales, Retail Operations, Business Development or Consulting.
- Strong exposure to women’s fashion apparel / organized retail / lifestyle / consumer brands.
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor network development and channel expansion.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution models and market expansion strategies.
- Strong strategic, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and other stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of territory management, channel incentives, distributor onboarding and retail performance management.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
