Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage civil works for ground-mounted solar projects from planning to completion.
- Provide technical leadership for excavation, PCC, RCC, piling, foundations, structures and other civil works.
- Review and approve drawings, BOQ, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment and contractors for project execution.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, costs and site productivity.
- Supervise and guide Civil Engineers, Site Supervisors, contractors and site teams.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, vendors and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure proper measurements,



billing, documentation and material reconciliation.
- Implement quality control and safety practices across project sites.
- Review project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Support testing, completion, snag resolution and final project handover.

Preferred Candidate:

- 20+ years of robust civil engineering and project execution experience.
- Extensive experience in ground-mounted solar, infrastructure or large-scale EPC projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, foundations, piling and structural civil works.
- Excellent leadership, contractor management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Rajasthan.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
