What you will do

1 Build and scale the Performance Marketing practice

- Establish the practice: Define the operating model, service offerings, delivery frameworks, quality standards and capability roadmap for Performance Marketing within the GCC.
- Build a high-performing team: Hire exceptional talent across paid search, paid social, analytics and campaign operations, creating an environment where specialists develop into trusted client-facing experts.
- Raise the bar: Create best-in-class approaches to campaign planning, optimisation, reporting, experimentation and performance measurement.
- Build scalable excellence: Develop playbooks, quality frameworks, operating procedures
- and governance mechanisms that enable consistent, world-class delivery.
- Scale for growth: Expand the team, capabilities and service portfolio as international partner demand and client opportunities grow.

2 Lead performance marketing strategy for international clients

- Own strategic direction across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging performance channels.
- Translate business objectives into scalable acquisition, lead generation, e-commerce and revenue growth strategies.
- Drive innovation in automation, AI-powered optimisation, audience development and measurement frameworks.
- Own performance outcomes including ROAS, CAC, CPL, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition efficiency and profitability.
- Lead budget allocation, forecasting and investment decisions across channels and markets. Identify opportunities that improve client performance while expanding the strategic value of the practice.

3 Become the trusted growth partner for international agencies and brands

- Act as the senior strategic advisor for key international agency partners and client accounts, including existing relationships in Germany.
- Lead executive reviews, growth discussions,



strategic planning sessions and performance narratives.
- Build long-term client relationships that drive retention, expansion and advocacy.
- Identify upsell opportunities, new service offerings and growth opportunities across accounts.
- Work closely with SEO, Content, Analytics, Creative, Technology and Sales teams to deliver integrated growth strategies.
- Help position the Kolkata GCC as a trusted destination for high-quality performance marketing delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

- 8+ years in Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Growth Marketing, with a track record of managing significant budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Proven success leading teams, client portfolios or performance marketing functions.
- Deep expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with strong familiarity across LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic and other digital acquisition channels.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to connect media investment directly to business outcomes.
- Experienced in building high-performing teams and creating environments where specialist thrive and grow.
- Comfortable owning strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders and agency leadership teams.
- Confident with analytics, attribution, forecasting, dashboards and performance storytelling.
- Curious about emerging technologies, AI-driven optimisation and the future of performance marketing.
- Structured, ambitious and energised by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience managing international or multi-market performance marketing campaigns.
- Agency experience across multiple industries and client categories.
- Experience building delivery frameworks, centres of excellence or scalable operational models.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, attribution platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or equivalent industry certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline. An MBA is a plus, though outcomes matter more than credentials.
