? What You’ll Do
- Convert leads and prospects into course enrollments
- Counsel students and professionals based on their career goals
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales
✔️ Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills
✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔️ Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management
✔️ Ability to understand customer needs and provide the right solution
✔️ Fluency in at least one South Indian language is mandatory
