We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in International BPO/customer service and strong verbal communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, accounts, or processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions and update information accurately in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve defined KPIs such as call quality, AHT, CSAT, productivity, and resolution rate.
- Handle difficult customer interactions professionally and effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in International BPO, customer service, call center, or voice process.
- Freshers or candidates with minimum 6months experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Valuable command of English depending on the process requirement.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
- Candidates with experience in international/domestic voice processes will be considered.
- Immediate joiners preferred(October Joiners).
