Job Summary

Macpro Business Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 5+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and bench sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong vendor network, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proven experience in marketing IT consultants and generating placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place IT consultants on bench against suitable client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with US IT vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients.
- Identify new job requirements through vendor networks, calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
- Maintain and expand a robust database of US IT vendors and client contacts.
- Submit qualified consultant profiles based on job requirements, skills, location, availability, and work authorization.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate with vendors,clients, and consultants throughout the submission and interview process.
- Follow up on submissions,interviews, feedback, offers, and placements.
- Understand and work with different visa and work authorization statuses,including H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, EAD, OPT,



and CPT.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, rates, and vendor interactions.
- Handle multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously.
- Meet individual and team targets for submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
- Established network of US IT vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, including submissions, interviews, rate negotiation,and placements.
- Hands-on experience with H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT, and other work authorizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment/job portals.
- Strong vendor management and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultants and requirements.
- Target-oriented with a proven record of generating interviews and placements.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office during US night shift hours.
