We’re looking for a Senior Associate 2 – Insurance Risk Advisory to join a high-impact advisory team working with leading Insurance & Financial Services organisations on complex risk, controls, finance transformation, and regulatory change initiatives.

⏳ Experience: 2 - 5 years

? Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACA or international equivalent

What You’ll Work On

✔Deliver client-facing internal controls and finance transformation engagements

✔Advise clients on SOx, ICFR, financial controls and risk frameworks

✔Support process & controls design, optimisation and remediation

✔Work on finance change programmes driven by new accounting standards, organisational transformation and reporting requirements

✔Support initiatives involving IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, GAAP conversions and LDTI





✔Collaborate with specialists across Risk Modelling, Regulation and Technology

✔Manage engagement progress, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder relationships

What We’re Looking For

?Strong Insurance industry knowledge with practical understanding of finance and accounting

?Experience in SOx / ICFR / financial controls / internal controls

? Minimum 6 months of Insurance experience is mandatory

?Exposure to IFRS, UK GAAP and/or US GAAP

?Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills

?Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines

?A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
