- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and drawings for commercial buildings using AutoCAD, REVIT Architecture, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure effective coordination during design implementation.
- Prepare GFC (General Arrangement) drawings and working drawings for construction projects.
- Manage design projects from concept development to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Provide expert advice on architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-24 years of experience in architecture or related field with a solid background in commercial building design.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Urban Planning & Design (B.UrbanDesign), or equivalent qualification required.
- Proficiency in creating detailed designs using various software such as AutoCAD, REVIT Architecture, SketchUp; knowledge of BIM technology an added advantage.
