Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to build production-grade AI systems in a regulated financial environment. The role spans Generative AI, Applied Machine Learning, and MLOps, with strong depth expected in at least one area.

Key Responsibilities

- Build agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
- Develop ML models for personalisation, recommendations, churn, risk, fraud, and behavioural analytics.
- Build scalable training, feature, and model-serving infrastructure.
- Own model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, lineage, and reproducibility.
- Work closely with business and engineering teams from problem definition through production.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of software experience, including 3+ years in AI, ML, or data systems.
- Strong Python, SQL, testing, CI, and production engineering skills.




- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, orchestration, and large-scale data processing.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, Applied ML, or MLOps.
- Experience taking ML systems to production and measuring them against clear baselines.

Preferred Skills

- Bedrock, SageMaker, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
- Vector databases such as pgvector, OpenSearch, Qdrant, or Milvus.
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Databricks, Kubeflow, Ray.
- Kafka, Flink, feature stores, and model serving tools such as vLLM or Triton.
- Experience with model explainability, governance, and financial services is a plus.

Interview Process The process includes system design, a practical coding or modelling exercise, and discussions around production systems, evaluation, and failure handling.
