About the Role

BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced Senior Aesthetic Physician to manage patient consultations, treatment planning and aesthetic procedures at our clinic.

We are specifically looking for an MBBS doctor with substantial hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, skin, hair and laser treatments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed patient consultations for skin, hair and aesthetic concerns
- Assess patients and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Perform aesthetic procedures based on training, experience and clinical competence
- Handle chemical peels, PRP, skin rejuvenation treatments and other aesthetic procedures
- Handle laser-based aesthetic treatments where appropriately trained
- Perform Botox, fillers, skin boosters and injectable treatments only if appropriately trained and experienced
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure counselling
- Monitor patient progress and conduct follow-up consultations
- Recognise complications and arrange appropriate treatment, referral or escalation
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms and treatment documentation
- Guide therapists, nurses and junior clinical staff
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, patient safety and clinical protocols




- Support the clinic in maintaining a professional and ethical patient experience

Mandatory Requirements
- MBBS qualification
- Valid medical registration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, skin or hair treatments
- Hands-on experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic or cosmetic medical practice
- Strong patient consultation and treatment-planning skills
- Good understanding of aesthetic procedures and patient safety

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:
- Lasers
- Chemical peels
- PRP
- Acne and pigmentation management
- Hair and scalp treatments
- Skin rejuvenation procedures
- Botox
- Dermal fillers
- Skin boosters
- Aesthetic consultation and treatment planning
- Management of procedure-related complications

Key This position is for a qualified medical doctor.

Applicants without an MBBS qualification and valid medical registration should not apply.

Work Schedule

- Full-time
- Clinic-based role
- 6 days per week
- Weekly off
- Weekend availability may be required depending on appointments

Compensation ₹70,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience, clinical skills and aesthetic procedure expertise.

Performance or procedure-based incentives may be offered to suitable candidates.

Work Location In person, BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
