Role 1: Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable

Are you an AR expert who loves streamlining the order-to-cash process and taking ownership of revenue recognition? Join our Finance team to keep our billing, collections, and subledgers running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full order-to-cash cycle, customer billing, and collections in Salesforce.

Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, and unbilled revenue calculations.

Reconcile AR subledgers to the GL and track key metrics like DSO.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of AR-focused accounting experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel (pivots, lookups).

Solid working knowledge of ASC 606.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA is a plus.

Role 2: Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable

Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable

Looking to take the lead on our procure-to-pay process? We are seeking a detail-oriented AP professional to manage invoice workflows, vendor payments, and month-end close.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee invoice intake, GL coding, 3-way matching, and approval routing.

Execute payment runs (ACH, wire, check) and manage vendor relations.

Prepare month-end AP accruals, subledger reconciliations, and annual 1099 tracking.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of AP-focused accounting experience.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and advanced Excel.

Solid problem-solving skills and vendor management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA is a plus.

Shift : 4.30pm - 12.30 am (Mid-evening shift)
