Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Senior

Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The role involves overseeing statutory compliance for Income Tax, GST, TDS, and ROC filings, as well as supporting audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

and provide insights to improve financial controls and efficiency. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, coordinating with clients to understand their financial needs, and delivering accurate, timely reports and advisory support.

Qualifications

- Robust accounting and financial reporting skills, including experience with bookkeeping, ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws and compliance, particularly Income Tax, GST, TDS, and familiarity with ROC-related requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, financial models, and reporting tools.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective internal controls.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills to handle multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to explain financial and tax concepts clearly and professionally.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional certification; relevant experience in a CA firm or corporate finance environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
