Role Description This is an on-site role for a Semi Qualified Accountant based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting with bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and supporting tax computation and filing for various types of entities.

The Semi Qualified

Accountant will help with GST and other regulatory compliances, assist in audit preparation and documentation, and maintain accurate records and reconciliations. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with accounting software, preparing working papers, responding to client queries, and coordinating with senior team members on financial analysis and reporting. The role also includes supporting company setup activities,



tracking statutory deadlines, and contributing to process improvements in the firm’s accounting and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core accounting skills such as bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation.
- Candidates should possess taxation-related skills including knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, tax return preparation, and basic tax planning concepts.
- Candidates should possess compliance skills covering GST filings, statutory reporting, and familiarity with audit support and documentation.
- Candidates should possess analytical and technical skills such as account reconciliation, variance analysis, and proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Candidates should possess professional skills including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Partly qualified CA, CMA, or equivalent skilled course (or pursuing) is preferred, along with relevant internship or practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a clear, respectful, and solution-oriented manner.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad, learn continuously, and adapt to the needs of growing businesses.
