Role Description The Security Manager – Hospitality role is a full-time, on-site position based at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru.

The Security

Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical security across the hotel, including guest areas, staff zones, and critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local regulations and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and scheduling the security team, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments, and coordinating emergency preparedness and response plans. The role includes collaborating with hotel leadership, front office,



and operations teams to manage incident reporting, loss prevention, and crowd control, as well as maintaining strong relationships with local law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

The Security

Manager is expected to promote a culture of safety and awareness through training, briefings, and consistent communication with all departments.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Physical Security and Security Management, including surveillance oversight, access control, incident management, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity practices relevant to hotel operations, guest data protection, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Understanding of Network Security principles to coordinate with IT teams on secure systems, monitoring, and response to security breaches.
- Experience in hospitality or customer-facing environments, with the ability to balance safety needs and guest service standards.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures, crisis management, and health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualification or certification in security, risk management, or related fields; prior experience as a security supervisor or manager preferred.
