Role Description This is a full-time, in office Scientific Researcher role based in Ahmedabad.

The Scientific

Researcher will design, plan, and execute synthetic routes for reference standards, metabolites, and isotope-labelled compounds, ensuring high purity and reproducibility. Daily responsibilities include conducting experiments in the laboratory, analyzing data, optimizing processes, and documenting all work in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet custom synthesis project timelines, troubleshooting technical challenges,



and maintaining laboratory equipment and safety standards.

The Scientific

Researcher will also contribute to method development, literature review, and continuous improvement of research practices and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in organic and analytical chemistry, with the ability to design and execute synthetic routes for complex molecules and reference standards.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including purification, characterization, and use of instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, and related analytical tools.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or chemical research environments, ideally involving custom synthesis, metabolites, or isotope-labelled compounds.
- Ability to conduct thorough literature research, interpret scientific data, and maintain accurate experimental records and reports.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity to work in multidisciplinary teams and meet project deadlines.
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and a problem-solving approach to experimental challenges.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations and quality systems relevant to pharmaceutical reference standards is beneficial.
