We are looking for an experienced SAP Warranty Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Warranty Management and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in automotive or manufacturing environments.

SAP S/4HANA Warranty Management

SAP S/4HANA Warranty Management covers the full warranty lifecycle—registration, claim validation, processing, settlement, and financial postings—with real-time capabilities and seamless integration to SD, MM, FI/CO, and Service modules. You will design and configure solutions that improve claim accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead/participate in SAP Warranty Management implementations on S/4HANA
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions
- Configure end-to-end processes: registration, validation, claims, approval/rejection, settlement, reimbursement (parts & labor), and accruals
- Prepare functional specs, process flows, config documents, and test scenarios
- Support SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Identify gaps and coordinate RICEF, interfaces, and enhancements with technical teams
- Ensure integration with SD, MM, FI/CO,



and After-Sales processes
- Provide production support and deliver user training/knowledge transfer

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong functional expertise in SAP Warranty Management
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
- At least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
- Understanding of automotive/after-sales warranty processes
- Full lifecycle experience: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment
- Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Knowledge of integration with SD, MM, and FI/CO
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Automotive or Manufacturing industry experience
- S/4HANA 2020 or later releases
- SAP Fiori and modern S/4HANA processes
- SAP Service / Customer Service / After-Sales knowledge
- SAP Activate methodology
- Global or multi-location project experience

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- SAP certification in S/4HANA / Warranty (preferred)
