? Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant | 5+ Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with HR/business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure SuccessFactors modules, workflows, business rules, permissions, and system settings.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, integration, and support activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Support UAT, testing, data validation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration activities.
- Provide recommendations and best practices to improve HR processes and SuccessFactors usage.

? Required Skills




- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Onboarding
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Compensation
- Learning (LMS)
- Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation processes.
- Experience working with business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), and data models.
- Valuable understanding of HR business processes.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations / SAP Integration Suite / CPI will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

? Preferred
- Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
- Experience working with global clients/stakeholders.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, or third-party HR integrations.
