Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central configuration, Time Off, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), IAS/IPS, Story Reporting, and global HR processes. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, managing project delivery, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful execution of EC transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and support engagements.
- Configure Employee Central, Time Off, Position Management, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, HRIS Elements, and Business Rules.
- Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, alerts, email notifications, and event reason derivation.
- Configure IAS, IPS, Story Reports, Position Management, Position-to-Job Sync, and organizational structures.
- Support global assignments, concurrent employment, dependent management, contingent workforce, and employee lifecycle processes.




- Execute data migration activities for Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and Employee Data.
- Lead cutover planning, release management, testing activities (SIT/UAT), and deployment support.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Integration, and Business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, project controls, and implementation best practices.
